<div class="ExternalClassDC36198BDEA2450B930C27F24B595BA7"><p>​It is important that once the application form is submitted, the official fiscal receipt and a document bearing the supplier’s letter head listing the details of the musical instrument purchased, in particular its serial number and the name and ID Card Number of the purchaser/applicant, should reach the VAT Department within fifteen days from the date of acknowledgement. Failure to do so will result in the application form being treated as invalid. Please print the acknowledgement and hand it in together with the documentation required either by post or by coming personally to the VAT Department.
